LaMoon is a space for drama lovers and storytellers. Keep it safe, kind, and creative.

Our Values

LaMoon exists to bring people together through storytelling, drama, and live connection. Our community thrives when everyone feels safe, respected, and free to express themselves creatively. These guidelines protect that space.

1. Be Kind & Respectful

Treat every member of the LaMoon community with dignity. We do not tolerate:

  • Harassment, bullying, or targeted abuse directed at any user or creator
  • Hate speech based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or nationality
  • Threats of violence, whether explicit or implied
  • Doxxing or sharing private personal information without consent
  • Coordinated campaigns to harass or suppress another user's content

2. Keep It Real

Authenticity matters on LaMoon. Do not:

  • Impersonate other users, creators, public figures, or LaMoon staff
  • Create fake accounts to manipulate likes, comments, or gift rankings
  • Use bots or automated systems to inflate engagement metrics
  • Spread deliberate misinformation or misleading content
  • Use deceptive thumbnails, titles, or descriptions

3. Protect Young People

The safety of minors is non-negotiable. Strictly prohibited:

  • Any sexual content involving minors
  • Content that sexualises, exploits, or endangers children
  • Attempts to contact minors outside the platform

We report such content to NCMEC and cooperate fully with law enforcement.

4. Content Standards

4.1 Allowed with Age Restriction (18+)

  • Mature dramatic themes such as violence, trauma, and adult language
  • Horror and psychological thriller content with appropriate content warnings

4.2 Not Allowed

  • Graphic gore, real-world violence, or shock content
  • Sexual content or nudity
  • Content promoting self-harm, suicide, or eating disorders
  • Drug use instructions, dangerous challenges, or promotion of illegal activity
  • Copyright-infringing content

5. Gifting & Commerce

Our gifting system exists to celebrate creators. Do not:

  • Use gifting to manipulate, coerce, or extract money from other users
  • Solicit gifts in exchange for personal relationships or real-world favours
  • Engage in gift fraud, chargeback abuse, or payment manipulation

6. Live Streams

Live streams are held to the same standards as all content. Additionally:

  • No real-money gambling or wagering during streams
  • Do not stream content for which you lack broadcast rights
  • Moderators may remove viewers or end streams that violate guidelines

7. Reporting & Enforcement

Report violations using the Report button on any post, comment, or profile. Enforcement actions include content removal, warnings, temporary suspension, permanent ban, and law enforcement referral. Appeals may be submitted within 30 days through Settings > Help > Appeal a Decision.
